MAIL SERVICE
The United States Postal Service (USPS) delivers mail to tenant mailboxes that are located in a mailroom on the first floor in the freight hallway. Outgoing mail is also collected by USPS from an outgoing mail drop located in the mailroom. USPS assigns all mailboxes, administers mailbox keys, and changes mailbox locks. In order to have a mailbox assigned for your suite, please contact the Management Office to request a mailbox assignment. USPS typically charges a fee for mailbox keys and mailbox lock changes.
SMALL PACKAGES
Parcel carriers like FedEx, UPS and Amazon will deliver small packages to tenant suites.
Important Note: If you are expecting a delivery of furniture or other large objects, please contact the Management Office. Any major deliveries and/or removals require advanced reservation of the freight elevator by the tenant. This is to ensure a tenant receives priority over daily building deliveries.
